Wat jij doet

With this client, you will join a pleasant company culture. Every day, you will go out with your regular bricklayer to give facades in the city center a fresh look. Equipped with the latest tools, you, as a bricklayer, will have the opportunity to carry out your work with passion. The day always starts at the office with a cup of coffee. Then, you ride along with another bricklayer to inspect the job. In consultation with the supervisor, you start working, and before you know it, the day is over

Wat wij bieden

Are you the one? If you have some experience as a bricklayer and recognize yourself in the following points:

Minimum of one year of experience in the construction sector as a bricklayer.
Knowledge of various masonry techniques and materials.
Possession of a valid VCA certificate (or willingness to obtain one at our expense).
Independent, precise, and motivated to learn and grow in the trade.

At Faber, as a bricklayer, you will be rewarded in accordance with the Construction Collective Labor Agreement (CAO) and we want to provide you with contract security. This means that we offer you a one-year contract, with the possibility of a permanent contract. But it doesn't stop there, it also means that you:

Receive a monthly salary in accordance with the Construction CAO, ranging from €2,954 to €3,650 (depending on knowledge and experience).
Build up a pension with the BPF construction pension fund from your first working day.
Have the choice to participate in the TijdSpaarFonds (net holiday pay!).
Receive a mileage allowance of €0.32.
Have 25 vacation days.
Have 20 reduction in working hours (ATV) days.
Have 3 short leave days.
Have 10 or 13 senior days (if you are entitled to them).
Have 2 training opportunities per year that align with your preferences and role. At Faber, we also have a unique savings program!
