What we offer: As a scaffolder, we provide you with a permanent position in the construction industry, offering stability and clear conditions. This includes:

Salary in accordance with the Construction Collective Labor Agreement (CAO), ranging from €2,700 to €3,400 per month.
Pension accrual with the BPF from day one.
The choice to participate in the TijdSpaarFonds (100%, 55%, or 0%).
25 vacation days, 20 reduction in working hours (ATV) days, 3 short leave days, and 10 senior days if applicable.

Waar jij werkt

You will join a dedicated team of motivated scaffolders and work on various construction projects, assembling and dismantling steel scaffolding. With your insight as a scaffolder, you think in solutions, deliver high-quality craftsmanship, and continuously challenge yourself. Through Faber, you will have the opportunity to work as a scaffolder on the most exciting construction projects in the central region of the Netherlands. Together, we will find the assignment that suits you best so that you can carry out your work with joy every day.
